Students look up to teachers for positive guidance. Teachers are leaders in the school and community. Despicable leaders and deviant behavior causes an eruption to the persons leadership personal manner and derails and or demoralize the positives between the students and the teachers relationship. Students as well as their parents should feel they can attend school in a safe environment away from predators.
